Refund Policy


1. After-sales service protocol


General: Using this website or registering as a user presupposes acceptance of these conditions.

TOXIC WORKOUT is a manufacturer and distributor of sporting goods.

The cost of returning a product due to quality conditions will be for the customer the cost of shipping it back to our warehouses.

Warranty: All products offered in the TOXIC WORKOUT catalog have a 2-year warranty according to European law.

Claims: The customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to report possible incidents to TOXIC WORKOUT.


2. How should you proceed when receiving a shipment?


All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition.

The first thing you should do is check that the number of packages received matches those sent. The second thing is to check each package externally very carefully in order to find signs of having been hit or manipulated, such as blows, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals or any sign that may lead to suspect that the merchandise may be damaged. It is mandatory to leave a signature on the delivery note of the driver or courier, whether on paper or digital (PDA) "VISUALLY DAMAGED PACKAGE" if these signs are present. Not signing a package as VISUALLY DAMAGED and then presenting images that show that there was visible damage to it will automatically reject the incident.


3. How to proceed in the event of an incident?


(Breakage in transport, Wrong product, Some product is missing, Parts are missing)

At TOXIC WORKOUT you will have up to 14 days from receipt of the merchandise to open an incident from your TOXIC WORKOUT account or through our email indicated in the contact section. After this period we will no longer be able to claim the transport insurance and our system will not allow you to open the incident.

• Order Not Received, for inquiries about shipments that have not yet been received or for shipments in which all packages have not been received (partial reception).

• Order Received, to report incidents after having received all the packages of your order. You must provide all the required documents as requested. Sending incorrect, inaccurate documents, or the absence thereof, will invalidate the possibility of any claim and will mean the cancellation of the incident.

It will be necessary to provide a clear explanation with as much detail as possible. You must also add the requested images of the object of the claim in the attached files.


4. How to return merchandise with manufacturing defects to TOXIC WORKOUT?


TOXIC WORKOUT will not be responsible for paying the shipping costs back to our warehouses, which will be paid by the customer.

In the event that the client wants to return the defective merchandise outside these terms, he will be the one who will assume all the costs that are derived.

They must prepare the package in optimal conditions and for this they must introduce all the defective products inside a large cardboard box/s. Please note that the original boxes of the products themselves must reach us intact, without stickers or damage. For this reason, the reinforcement of cardboard boxes and good sealing is essential.

The warranty covers factory defects and in no case does it cover wear or misuse. We will only return the money for those products with a factory defect, so you should pay close attention to those that already show signs of being worn or damaged. In the case of receiving in our factory a more damaged product than in the images that were attached in the claim, 100% of the value of the product will not be returned. For this reason, it is important that they reinforce the merchandise that is returned with another cardboard box so as not to further damage the product itself.

Once the products are received, each of them will be analyzed and once they are verified, they will be replaced or paid for, as appropriate. The process of checking and refunding the merchandise can take several weeks from its receipt in our warehouse.


5. Return of products in perfect condition


TOXIC WORKOUT does not repurchase merchandise in perfect condition from its customers.


6. How do we replace a defective item?


Once the item has been received and reviewed, it will be decided if TOXIC WORKOUT should replace the product. If the quality report decides that the product left our warehouses with manufacturing defects, the money of the item will be refunded to the customer or it will be repaired or exchanged for an item in optimal conditions.


7. In which cases will TOXIC WORKOUT not return 100% of the value of the product?


- When the products show clear signs of misuse, unjustified wear, or arrive in an unhealthy state. - In the case of products with missing parts or accessories, or whose description of the breakdown does not correspond to reality, the payment will not be made. Very important: any product returned to TOXIC WORKOUT that does not present anomalies or whose return description does not correspond to reality will not be paid for, and will be deposited in our warehouse. You will receive a notice in this regard, after which you will have 15 days to confirm if you wish to return said merchandise to your warehouses, upon payment of the shipping costs. In the event that we do not receive confirmation or payment within the aforementioned period of 15 days, no subsequent claim will be possible on the same to TOXIC WORKOUT.


8. When is the refund money refunded?


Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded. Please note that the refund process could take up to 14 days to evaluate the merchandise received.


9. What happens if the customer does not pick up an order?


When an order is not picked up by the recipient, it is returned to our warehouse. Once it is received in the warehouse, a new shipment will be managed after the extra logistics costs have been paid by the customer.


10. How long is the warranty time?


Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. All items are guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of delivery, except for products on sale which is 12 months.


11. What is not included in the guarantee?


- Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, incorrect installation, or materials subject to wear due to normal use are not included.

-Paints or coatings are not included, since it is considered a consumable with wear that is difficult to assess according to the hours of use, the physiology of each user, and the adverse weather conditions of each territory.


12. The guarantee will lose its value:


- If any data on it or on the proof of purchase is modified, altered or replaced. - If the identification number or the guaranteed device itself is manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.
